Overview
The Financial Analyst supports corporate and departmental leaders by providing timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting insights. This role is highly Excel-driven and requires frequent data pulls from the general ledger for analysis and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull financial data from the general ledger into Excel for analysis and reporting
• Perform heavy Excel data manipulation (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Prepare and update budgets and forecasts every 3-5 days for multiple departments
• Partner with department leaders to review variances and forecast changes
• Build clear, concise financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights across the business

Tools & Skills

• Advanced Excel (required)
• Prefer someone with Oracle PBCS experience
• General ledger and financial reporting systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high reporting cadence
